Today, we have solemnly gathered to celebrate the 60th anniversary of founding of the PRC. In this festive and solemn moment, people of all nationalities have the great development and progress of the motherland proud, are to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation a bright future full of confidence.

Here, on behalf of the CPC Central Committee, the NPC and the State Council, the CPPCC National Committee and the CMC, to all for national independence and people's liberation, national prosperity and happiness of the people established the immortal revolutionary feats of the older generation and martyrs who are deeply missed! To the people of all nationalities and patriotic compatriots at home and abroad, our warm congratulations! To care for and support the development of China's foreign friends, to express my sincere thanks!

60 years ago today, the Chinese people after 100 years of bloody battles in modern times has finally won the great victory of the Chinese revolution, where Chairman Mao Zedong solemnly proclaimed to the world the establishment of the People's Republic. The Chinese people have stood up, with more than 5,000 years history of civilization, the Chinese nation has since entered a new era in the history of development and progress.

60 years, with Comrade Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Comrade Jiang Zemin at the core of the party's three generations of central collective leadership and the party since the Sixteenth Congress of the CPC Central Committee under the leadership of the diligent and intelligent Chinese people of all work hard to overcome a variety of difficulties and setbacks and risks of tests and made great achievements attracting worldwide attention, writing a self-improvement of the magnificent song of victory. Today, one of modernization, the world and the future of socialist China stands firmly in the Orient.
